Troops

Always check that you have the strongest possible Troops equipped for you Hero. The free Daily Summon has a chance for winning both Uncommon and Rare Troops, which both can seriously add to the power of your hero – as long as they’re taken into battle.

Work on your base

The base building part of the game isn’t as demanding as most are. One thing is that you don’t have to worry about setting up defenses to guard your base as there is no raiding system. You first need to focus on putting up mines so that you can harvest the necessary resources for the tasks at hand. Now the next thing to do is put up farms. • Upgrade Your Stronghold

From the earliest parts of the game, you will have to upgrade your Stronghold, which is ground zero, so to say, for your kingdom. Without an upgraded Stronghold, you wouldn’t be able to unlock a lot of necessary buildings and structures, though there will be a cap that would occasionally limit how far you can upgrade your Stronghold. In such cases, you’ll need to upgrade your other structures before you go back to upgrading your Stronghold.

• Resources Are Key

The key factor in this game is resources, not the timers. Early on in the game you could train troops, upgrade buildings and start research every time a timer was finished, but, depending on your activity, once you reach Stronghold levels 13-15 this is likely no longer the case, you need to get resources first before you can start your next building and research, maybe even troop training. With respect to resources there are two key factors, one is the maximize your resource income, the other is to make sure your resource are not taken away by enemies before you can use them.  

• Raid Stronger Enemy Bases

It may be hard to take them out, stronger enemies are actually the types of enemy players you should be targeting. It’s often a better idea to target stronger opponents if you’re trying to load up on resources through player raids. Sure, you can get some resources by consuming weaker opponents with little effort but normally, you should be chasing for bigger rewards, so in that case, feel free to team up with your allies to raid a stronger enemy base, even if you don’t destroy the entire base itself.  

• Your Dragon

Eventually, you’ll have the chance to use dragons. Honest. These are available in Offensive, Defensive, and Support varieties. Choose wisely and target it around your play style. Ultimately, success is down to how well you raid.  

• Upgrade other buildings first

While rushing to upgrade your Stronghold as soon as possible is nice, as it often unlocks new items and rewards, you might to first upgrade the majority of your other buildings. First strengthening what you already have, will keep your resources low making you less of a target while giving you more time to accumulate resources instead. It also gives you time to accumulate a larger troop count, which will help you gather more resources, more quickly.

• Covering Blind spots

When you are building a defense system, there might be some loopholes in your defense system. One such loophole might be the area where your defense system could not reach. Such areas are called blind spot and your defense system does not have a range in the blind spot. As far it is possible, such blind spots should be covered with care to prevent the enemies from damaging those buildings in the blind spot.  

• Shielding up

The only way to really task yourself is by using a Peace Shield. Adding a Peace Shield means nobody could strike you for three attacks so that soldiers and your sources are saved. Nonetheless peace shields are not cheap (e.g. an 8-hour peace shield prices 600 gold or 60,000 alliance loyalty. It is currently going to become costly to stay shielded if you aren’t online.

• Join an Alliance

• Start working from the bottom.

 As a general rule, always start looking for combos near the bottom of the screen instead of the top. Working from the bottom not only allows more new cubes to drop, you also have a greater chance of compressing cubes of the same color together.

• Focus on the objective

Each level has a different objective such as clearing a certain number of one color or encouraging ducks to drop to the bottom of the screen. There’s nothing to be gained from wasting moves on something that doesn’t correlate to the objective so don’t do it.

• Set Up Combos

Before you start matching up blocks, make sure you analyze the board first. See if there are smaller clusters that will end up grouped together if you clear a few blocks. Instead of just randomly matching a bunch of two-block combinations, try to set up more blocks that you can combine. Remember, the more blocks you combine at once, the better. You will get a special block every time you combine four or more so try to aim for those whenever you have the chance.

• Try for double combos

Even more powerful than a standard combo is combined combos. If you’ve made a combo, try not to use it right away unless you need to. Instead, look for ways to make more combos nearby so you can merge them for greater results. For example, a disco ball and a rocket combined will place a rocket in every block that is the same color as the disco ball. This kind of move alone will often clear a large portion of the game board.

• Join a team

You can join a team and then ask for lives so that you don’t need to buy them when you run out. The best thing to do is ask for lives as soon as you get on, even if you have five lives. You can bank these on another tab, and then you can use them when you need more lives.

• Use boosters responsibly

Boosters are items you can use during your puzzle to help you along your way, and some of them can be incredibly useful. The boxing glove will clear out a full row for you, while an anvil can clear a full column. Hammers will destroy single blocks, and the dice will shuffle all of the blocks in the grid around. Good for when you’re struggling for good moves to make.

After updated the system patch KB41000347 on Windows 10, it caused the emulator lag on some user’s computer. The following steps will detail how to uninstall this patch for the Emulator to run smoother again. We have run some tests before this operation and the result was obvious, CPU performance has increased by 12% after uninstalling the patch compared to before.   Uninstallation method:  

• Method 1

1. Open Control Panel and click on “Uninstall a program” in the “Programs” group.
2. In the menu to the left of the newly opened window, click on “View installed updates”.
3. Scroll through the list of updates until you get to the “Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB41000347)” in it.
4. Right click with the mouse button on the heading identified and then click on “Uninstall”.
5. Confirm “Yes” to the confirmation message, and wait for the end of the uninstallation.

• Method 2

1. Select the Start button,and then choose “Settings” > “Update and security” > “Windows update” > “Update History” > In the top left click on “Uninstall update”.
2. Select the update you want to uninstall and right-click then press “Uninstall”.

  You will need to restart your computer to make the changes effective. Even after uninstalling the patch, Windows might want to install it again. Remember to check for future updates carefully or to turn off the system automatic update patch.   Uninstalling system patches might be subject to unknown risks. • Use The Right Weapons In Battle

There are several things for you to consider during an attack. It is not just about battle power rating. One thing you should think about is the type of weapon your characters will use. Even though a sword and a bow can have the same attack power, bows get to deal damage earlier due to its range advantage. Think about how you will overcome the sword’s range limitation should the enemy have archers. You should also consider the number of villagers you will be sending into battle. Keep in mind that two strong fighters can easily take out five weak ones.

• Take Time to Do the Side Quests

Besides the main story of following the princess’s trail and killing the monsters along the path, there are also invasions and enemies. Invasions are monsters that make their home in previous levels. Going back and defeating them not only gives you a reward for each win, but beating the entire invasion in the time allotted also grants a reward.

• Crafting

Crafting is a great way to replace gear that has low stats and can be improved upon. You can get crafting materials by breaking down equipment that you don’t need anymore. This is the best place to get Legendary quality items though they can take a while to save up for. I can be a good idea to save some of the craft materiel for when you level up further through fighter training.

• Increase the castle’s defense

As you know, you can raid the enemy’s castle and loot their resources, similarly, others players can loot yours by raiding. Make sure to increase the defense of the castle. Place better fighters in the barracks, upgrade the arsenal below the fighter training room and unlock new defense technologies.
